1Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your item has been delivered. Once an order is marked as delivered, it is subject to the refund and return terms below.

2Refund & Return Eligibility

ou may request a refund within 30 days of product delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Some items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made products, digital downloads) may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must use a trackable method.

3How to Submit a Refund Request

with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

4Refund Process

to request a refund.

If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

After the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

5Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see your refund after 7 business days from approval, check with your bank or payment provider. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@uswafo.com

6Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated in writing by USWAFO.
